Booking and cancellation policy
BOOKING : All reservation must be confirmed by fax or by email. You must include a card number, its expiry date, and the last three digits on the signature strip, or by sending a letter with a 30% deposit. The deposit required must be 30% of the final bill.
CANCELLATION : For all cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, Hotel Autre Mer reserve the right to charge you for a nights stay or not to reimburse you with your deposit. If for any reason you wish to leave before the end of your stay We request that you give us 48 hours notice, otherwise you may be charged for a night stay..
ARRIVAL :Our rooms are available from 2 pm. Please let us know if you have been delayed and you will not arrive until after 8 pm.
DEPARTURE : We kindly ask you to check out your room before 11:30 am.
